The location near Bourbon Street is unbeatable. Just steps away from vibrant nightlife and delicious eateries. The lobby radiates charm with its beautiful decor, creating a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite when engaging face-to-face. My room, while spacious, had a few bumps. I encountered a mouse during my stay, which was alarming. The mattress felt worn, leading to discomfort. The air conditioning worked well, but the heating was a challenge. I had issues with the hot water that made showering inconvenient. I appreciated the housekeeping responsiveness when I requested extra towels, which they sometimes delivered. Finding great food spots around was a highlight, particularly enjoying the local flavors. Just be prepared for mixed experiences when it comes to service and upkeep.

corner location, vibrant nightlife, elegant lobby
Staffing shortages at reception lead to frustrating long waits! ! Housekeeping service inconsistent, with rooms not properly cleaned! Parking drop-off process could use more organization!

missingWrote a review on Dec 04comfortable beddinggreat locationspacious roomchaotic check-inlack of hot wateruncaring staff
The location really stood out for me, right at the corner of Bourbon and Canal Street. I loved the lively atmosphere and how easy it was to access local attractions. My room was spacious and had really comfortable bedding. However, I faced a few issues that dampened my mood. The check-in process felt chaotic. I had to deal with an untrained front desk associate who couldn't find my reservation. The hot water was a problem too—there was barely any when I checked in. I found the amenities lacking, like the absence of a fridge in the room. Staff friendliness varied, and some were helpful while others seemed disinterested. The pool area looked nice, but I noticed that the water was cloudy, so I didn't want to swim there. The restaurant on-site had decent food, but nothing to write home about. I expected a bit more for the price.

The room was clean and the beds were super comfy, which was a huge plus after long days out. I loved the K-cup coffee maker in the room for my morning pick-me-up. Bathroom was a decent size too! However, the sheets didn’t fit well, and it’s really annoying when you’re trying to sleep and they bunch up. Housekeeping was a bit lacking during the stay, which was kinda disappointing.
