I had to deal with an untrained front desk associate who couldn't find my reservation. The hot water was a problem too—there was barely any when I checked in. I found the amenities lacking, like the absence of a fridge in the room. Staff friendliness varied, and some were helpful while others seemed disinterested. The pool area looked nice, but I noticed that the water was cloudy, so I didn't want to swim there. The restaurant on-site had decent food, but nothing to write home about. However, the sheets didn’t fit well, and it’s really annoying when you’re trying to sleep and they bunch up. Housekeeping was a bit lacking during the stay, which was kinda disappointing.

Plus, the rooftop pool was a nice touch for relaxing. The fitness center was also well-equipped for workouts. Staff was friendly and made check-in smooth.
